2008 RIDING SCHEDULE

This is a schedule of some upcoming events that we have put together. We know that not everyone will be able to ride every time, but there are enough events that you may be able to ride with us some of the time. There will be conflicts of dates with other biker events, etc.; however, to schedule around them would be almost impossible.

We will not ride if it is raining before we leave, but always bring rain gear in case of rain during the run. There will be no rain dates scheduled. Feel free to invite friends to ride. THESE ARE ALL NON-ALCOHOL RUNS (no alcohol is to be consumed at any time on the ride!).

For our "Sunday-after-church-rides," all are invited to come to our morning service at 10:45 AM. Come ready to ride and with a full fuel tank (please do not overfill your tank). A rider does not have to attend the morning service to do the ride, but they must be at the church no later than 12:30 PM. We will stop along the way for lunch. Feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding our events.

2008 Ride Schedule

APRIL 20-- BLESSING OF THE BIKES 2008 – 12:30 PM, Rain or Shine! All are welcome to the church service at 10:45 AM. We will be meeting at the Old Country Buffet in Greensburg for lunch. (*** Blessing of the Bikes~ 2009*** – April 19, 2009)

 

MAY 18-- INDIANA LOOP – Lunch stop in Indiana, PA.

 

JUNE 28- THUNDER IN THE VALLEY, Johnstown – Depart from the church @ 9:00 AM. (Saturday)

 

 JULY 20-- “THE FREEDOM RIDE” to Mahaffey Camp – Depart from church @ 9:30 AM.

AUG. 24-- SUMMER PICNIC – at Mammoth Park, Pavilion #6. Rain or Shine!

 

SEPT. 11-- 9/11 TRIBUTE PARADE – We will ride in the EMS parade, as in the past. Watch for (Thursday) further details to be posted on our website.

 

SEPT. 20-- COUNTRY RUN – ( TBA) Depart from the church @ 9:00 AM.

OCT. 11--FALL FOILAGE RUN – (TBA) Depart from the church @ 9:00 AM.

(Saturday )

 

JAN. 1 -- POLAR BEAR RUN – Meet at Murrysville Alliance Church upper parking lot -12 Noon. (Thursday)
